Pressure Sand Filter System is used to produce effluent that is low in suspended solids. The Sand Filter System is made of mild still/ FRP closed vessel incorporating frontal piping fitted with valves and is operated under pressure. The Sand Filter System ensures that the water is passed through the under bed media & granular activated carbon layer. Pressure Sand Filter System has a back flushing arrangement, which easily flushes away the impurity deposited on carbon granules.
